You don’t offer what I am looking for

We are actively working on adding new designs daily.  If we don't currently have what you are looking for, feel free to try out our Create Your Own products. The options are endless and the process is so fast and easy!

Can you help me make a custom design?

Yes! We would be happy to help! Please email support@mymugsandkisses.com with your word list and we will help you make the perfect custom design!

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Prior to shipment, please allow 1-5 business days for production and packaging — as each product is made to order just for you. On average, most orders are fulfilled in two days. Orders of five or more products can take longer than five business days. Please contact us before placing a large order if you need your order by a specific date. Please keep in mind that My Mugs & Kisses observes national and postal holidays and those dates should not to be included in business day calculations.

This is a gift! Can you exclude pricing and send a gift note with my order?

Yes! Pricing information is always excluded from the packing slip, so the recipient will not see the price. Please enter a gift note at checkout so the recipient knows who is sending them a gift. Happy gifting! :)

Can I pick-up my order?

We are currently using a fulfillment center in Atlanta, GA to ship out our orders and unfortunately, customer pick-up is not available at this time. Thanks for checking with us!

Can I cancel my order?

Our fulfillment systems are highly automated in order to get our products to our customers, like you, as soon as possible. Because of this, orders are often fulfilled within hours of being placed. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible by emailing support@mymugsandkisses.com. If your order has already been sent to production, we regretfully will not be able to cancel your order as all of our products are custom made.

Can I add products to the order I just placed?

Once an order has been placed, we cannot edit it to add more products. You may, however, place another separate order. :) Thanks for asking!

I submitted the wrong shipping address!

Oh no! Please contact us with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible by emailing support@mymugsandkisses.com. Our fulfillment systems are highly automated in order to get our products to our customers as soon as possible. Because of this, orders are often fulfilled within hours of being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, we will regretfully not be able to change the address. We recommend contacting the shipping company to see if the order can be rerouted to the correct address.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Our products are made to order just for you, so all sales are final. But please contact us at support@mymugsandkisses.com if you have any problems with your order and we will make it right!

An item in my order arrived broken

We are so sorry and we promise to make it right! Although great precautions are taken during the packaging of each order, breakage does sometimes occur during the shipping process.

To begin the replacement process, please send an email to support@mymugsandkisses.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Any details you can provide would be especially helpful as we address the issue with our fulfillment center and shipping partners.

You will not have to ship back the broken item.  Once we receive your email and photos, we will process your replacement and ship it as soon as possible!  Thank you for your patience!

My order arrived damaged/incorrect...

We are so sorry and we promise to make it right!  We try our best to make sure our orders arrive correctly and safely, but sometimes mistakes happen in packaging or in transit.
