SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-5 business days — as each mug is made to order just for you. On average, most mugs are fulfilled in 2 days. Orders of five or more mugs can take longer than five business days. Please contact us before placing a large order if you need your mugs by a specific date.

Our mugs are printed and shipped from Atlanta, GA. Orders typically arrive within 7-8 days from when the order is placed. We recommend allowing 8-10 business days total to be safe! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout.

Please keep in mind that My Mugs & Kisses observes national and postal holidays and those dates should not to be included in business day calculations.

GIFT ORDERS

Pricing information is always excluded from the packing slip, so the recipient will not see the price. Please enter a gift note at checkout so the recipient knows who is sending them a gift. Happy gifting! :)

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please contact us with your order number and correct address as soon as possible by emailing support@mymugsandkisses.com. Our fulfillment systems are highly automated in order to get our mugs to our customers as soon as possible. Because of this, orders are often fulfilled within hours of being placed. If your order has already been fulfilled, we will regretfully not be able to change the address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our mugs are made to order just for you, so all sales are final. But please contact us at support@mymugsandkisses.com if you have any problems with your order and we will make it right!

DAMAGED/INCORRECT MUGS

We are so sorry and we promise to make it right! We try our best to make sure our mugs arrive correctly and safely, but sometimes mistakes happen in packaging or in transit.

To begin the replacement process, please send an email to support@mymugsandkisses.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect item. Any details you can provide would be especially helpful as we address the issue with our fulfillment center and shipping partners.

You will not have to ship back the damaged/incorrect item. Once we receive your email and photos, we will process your replacement mug and ship it as soon as possible! Thank you for your patience!

MISSING MUGS marked as "DELIVERED"

While we do our best to serve our customers, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages that are scanned as "DELIVERED" according to the shipping carrier's tracking information. However, please let us know if this happens and we will see what we can do.

"NO SECURE LOCATION"

In order to keep your package safe, USPS will leave a notice at some addresses stating that there was "No Secure Location" available to leave the package. Please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely and in a timely manner. USPS will ask you to schedule a redelivery for when you are home or you can pick the package up at the local post office. If no action is taken after several notices, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center.

MAILING TO P.O. BOXES

Many P.O. Boxes are not large enough to hold a mug. Therefore, storage for your package is unwarranted and your mug may go missing even though it was correctly delivered. If you are having your mug shipped to a P.O. Box, please be advised that we do not recommend this and we cannot be held responsible for lost mugs that have been shipped to P.O. Boxes.
