Great way to remember a vacation!

Love this mug and use it almost every day. Every time I look at it I am reminded of a wonderful vacation trip with my daughter. Being able to customize the mug made it very personal and meaningful, and the quality is great. Excellent customer service.

Val went above and beyond to recover my business. She found out why the Christmas gift had not been delivered (my aging parents had provided an incorrect address), FOUND THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS ON HER OWN, and offered to resend the gift. She was polite and professional in all of her communication, never once deciding too much time had elapsed, or this wasn’t her issue. Recovery is the name of the game, and she was simply put, impressive. A lesson to all in customer service!

Fun Way to Reminisce

This is the second mug I have ordered from your enterprise. The first one (2 years ago) has lasted well and the colors have maintained their brightness despite many dishwasher washings. The process for creating the mug is very user-friendly. I especially appreciate your hints for editing my message until it is a perfect fit! Our recent houseguests thought it was such a cute way to convey a message that they made a note of your website to purchase some as gifts in the coming weeks.

P.S. You really ought to consider putting your business name on the mug (in a subtle location). The main reason I shopped on your website the first time was that I was admiring one of your mugs that I had purchased at a college bookstore a number of years ago and discovered your logo in tiny print at the bottom of the message. Otherwise I wouldn't necessarily have ordered from you instead of at some other site.

Mug full of memories!

I ordered a personalized mug for the group of friends that traveled to Italy together. There were 8 of us and throughout the trip all kinds of funny comments were made and we started writing them down. This mug has captured some of the funniest and we are all so happy with how it came out! Thank for a fun way to preserve our memories!
